"I really enjoyed my one night stay here. The check in staff were very helpful and we had a very pleasant twin room. You select the amenities you want for the room in the lobby- there’s no wastage. The walk to the local shopping street and cable car to the castle on the hill is easy. And there is a tram over the way which we used to get to the Dogo Onsen. The room was fastidiously clean (as most of Japan is) and quiet. Great choice in Matsuyama."

"The place exceeded expectations from the very beginning where you are greeted at the front entrance. The lobby is large with many tables and seats while waiting for the checkin process. "Convenient location in the centre of Matsuyama and right in front of the airport shuttle to and from Matsuyama airport. The Okaido tram stop is also right in front so you can get to Dogo Onsen area and Matsuyama castle is just a walk away behind the hotel. Good if you need a hotel that’s easily accessible. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. My one complaint is you could see dust buildup on the ceiling where the air conditioner blows air. The vent in the washroom was also very dusty....
