"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

"This is a lovely hotel in a very good location. The nearby train and bus make it very easy to get around (into St Ives was very simple) and the beach in Carbis Bay is walking distance. The room suited our needs perfectly and the breakfast supplies (that were replenished each day) were a lovely touch. Would recommend to anyone!"

"We have just come home from a wonderful week away in Carbis Bay and we genuinely didn't want to leave. Gardenside is simply amazing and the hosts have thought of everything as the house is perfectly equipped. It was a home from home. The views from the main living area and the master bedroom are like something from a postcard. Its location is perfect for walks into St Ives and down to the beach. It was also handy having Tesco just over the road. We will definitely be booking this gorgeous...
