"The staff was superb! On the morning of our departure, as we were riding down in the elevator, the hotel lost power. I think there are three issues with the facility that need to be addressed! 1. When power went out the emergency alarm and telephone in the elevator did not work. I think they need to have battery back up. 2. "Didn’t stay there I booked the Erin extended stay and they wouldn’t refund my money 10 min after I made a reservation on line ! Sad that people are so greedy .
