The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. "I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. The nearby small towns have some excellent restaurants. A terrific place to stay if you're planning on visiting any number of the regions hill towns. Convenient to highways, little traffic. "

"The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. "

Perdite umide dai muri e inadeguata la stanza, la signora gerente che ci ha accolti con sgarbo e superficialità, oltre a richiedere il rimborso abbiamo richiesto un voucher ad expedia per poter rimediare a questo spiacevole inconveniente con sue bambine a bordo. Mosche morte ovunque, mi sono attrezzata con molte foto per riprendere anche gli infissi aperti e la doccia distrutta....
