"Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!"

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size.
