"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "The hotel was excellent overall but we were disappointed with the availability of English language TV. There was nothing apart from a Nigerian channel in English. Not even CNN or BBC world service. After several complaints I finally got access to YouTube on the final night of our stay."
