"This property was away from the city in a country setting. We were there in March and liked it but I think it would be even better with warmer weather and some landscaping. The breakfast was nice but carb/bread heavy. Would have been better with fruit "

"Siamo stati presso i Vivai 2 notti includendo la cena di Capodanno e una successiva cena il giorno 1 Gennaio. I Vivai è un luogo rilassante, piacevole, la suite davvero bella, elegante con notevoli note raffinate che si vedono nei dettagli e nell'arredo. "I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping...

"Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops."

"Nice property in a good location. Short walk to everything. Bus stop is a short walking distance. All the staffs are very welcoming, alwas smiling. Francesco is very helpful and accomodating. Excellent breakfast. Free bottled water and snacks. The room was cleaned everyday. I would stay here again if we come back to Florence. "

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
