"We were moved last minute to a central location in Verona, the room was clean and located in a building with lots of character. Only a few minutes walk to the Verona Arena and other sites. Had a shared bathroom, but only between two rooms, so was pretty much like having your own bathroom! The room also had a small fridge which was great in the August heat for cooling down drinks."

"It's a 20 min walk into the city, but a very interesting one, past San Zeno church and along the river to Ponte Vechio. Facilities were top rate. Breakfast - continental - featured very good coffee, but could have done with fresh bread and fruit. Overall very good indeed and we'd certainly stay here again if we came with a car. No TV, which could be an advantage in some circumstances!"
