You clearly pay for the location close to the Boxen/HMC venue. Otherwise really overpriced! "Not really a classical hotel, more like self service bedroom. No reception staff after business hours, no one cleans you room, not even a glass/cup in the room, breakfast is just sandwich and boiled egg. "
