"Firstly, no one at the reception to welcome you.. you have a board call this number...the bathroom door and glass separator were moving, worried it can drop on me. Thirdly, the wifi is not there most of the time...air-condition was also pathetic. Although hotel was empty, they made me to have a bath in the lobby washroom on the check-out day and the manager did not oblige to allow me use the washroom. Staff were soft spoken and wanted to help."

"No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. "This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay.
