Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. "

"We stayed in this house for a few days before Christmas to be near family in Boonville. The house is beautiful and spacious and perfect for the 7 of us that stayed there. Since it was winter, we did not get to take advantage of the closeness of the Black River, but I’m sure that it is a wonderful view in the summer and fall. "

"Went up to old forge for a snowmobile trip, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The host was very easy to communicate and very responsive. The home was extremely clean and smelled great when we walked in. Everything is within walking distance from the property. Couldn’t ask for much more. We will definitely try to stay there again some day!"
