"This property met all of our expectations. It was very large, spacious, clean, welcoming and comfortable. I especially liked the little "touches" that Stephanie provided, i.e. her information booklets of places to go and eat, welcoming drinks, etc. I will definitely rent this property again when we are visiting New York. "I stayed here over Memorial Day with some family and friends, We have a camp up the road, but needed some extra space for sleeping. The property went above and beyond my expectations, the beds were extremely comfortable (There were many) And the side porch overlooking the town of Osceola. We also appreciate the ability to either walk or ATV down to the river on the property. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the river! Will be staying here again."

"The houses location was the main reason we choose this place. There’s a huge back and front lawn to allow kids to run around and have fun. Nice porches on the front and back. The dock is across the road so you can enjoy the lake. The house it’s self had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again."

"Our overall stay was good, we had great weather, and the top of the boat house was amazing with the views of the lake. When we first entered the home, it smelled very stale like the windows have not been open in months. We found a candle and opened the windows before the rest of the guests came. There absolutely needs to be more lights on the outside stairs at night. The stairs are steep, and we had to use our lights on our phones to go up and down the stairs at night. It’s dangerous. "Our family enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. The room was large, and had a full kitchen. We loved having the separate bedroom, 2 televisions, and the layout was great. There was so much space, storage area for luggage, etc. Doing laundry was free, and they even provided laundry soap. The workers were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. My child loved the free cookies and tasty fruit water. The free breakfast was nice and had fruit, yogurt, hot breakfast sandwiches with King's Bakery sweet bread. Free easy parking. The area was quiet, and peaceful. The area seemed safe, but not sure since we read that Utica is a higher crime area. We would stay again."

I was skeptical but turned out great!

"We stayed at the seperate building on the side. This made my kiddos feel better that it was more hotel style rooms with a door to a hallway that was locked from the outside unless you had a key card. The other main part was more motel style even though they had hallways there was no stopping people from going up to your door even if they didnt have a key. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The soaps that were in the showers were full sized and smelled good. The cleaning service was amazing. Always around for anything you needed. We were in for a hockey tournament and the kids wanted to play knee hockey and the cleaning service let them and loved that they wanted to play rather than be on video games! Checking in and out was a breeze. The other family we were with tried to get an early check in and i know the front desk gave him hassle with that and would not release the room until 3:01 even tho the cleaning people said the room was done so that was a little weird. We stayed from a thursday to a sunday. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back! "
