"Came out and spent the weekend with my brothers and dad, and we felt right at home! Spent the weekend doing hikes at Mount Magazine and some shooting at the local range, but we couldn’t have picked a better home base to kick back at. If you’re looking to experience what it’s like to call Paris home, this is a perfect spot! Big thanks to the host for communicating everything incredibly well."

"We stayed here with our family to celebrate a late Christmas. There was a slight hiccup on check-in, but Amber was responsive, and the issue was resolved quickly.The layout of the house is nice. The house contained all the cookware/dishes we needed to cook every meal at the house. House is on a busy road, but only front bedroom was affected by noise and traffic. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. "

"The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything we needed to prepare meals. Enjoyed touring Subiaco Academy and church. "

"Second year that we stayed in a Vrbo in Fort Smith. Found out the hard way that there isn’t a standard for amenities in Vrbo homes. This rental didn’t really give us a feeling of being in a home. No art or decorations on the walls no live plants. Bare bones kitchen items. No dish towels or dish rags. Minimal pots and pans, cups and glasses and bowls. Sofas in the living room were nice and soft. Bedrooms were very basic, bed nightstand dresser and Tv. Minimal clothes hangers in closets....

"Very pleased with the whole house as in clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a four bedroom which was great as don't find many of those. Would have liked place mats for dinning table that would have worked better to use in earing. But the hosts were so great!! We asked for an early check in and then when the weather turned bad we were able to check in even sooner. What a blessing. "

Originally, i anticipated 6+ in our group which is why i ultimately chose your home- you have the space and actual beds to accommodate us. As it turned out, only 3 of us stayed. "Clean, comfortable in quiet neighborhood. Everything inside looked brand new! Perfect size for my party of two! Only problems we ran into were WiFi would not allow download of online newspaper to my iPad and we found only 4 local stations on the TV. "

"We stayed at this property to visit my nephew and relax for Mother’s Day weekend. The host was awesome! Ty met us on site and gave us a tour and explained how everything worked. There was a bad storm that made a mess of the hot tub the night before our arrival. Ty wasted no time to get it cleaned up and working so we could enjoy it. He had extra special touches at the house such as bottled water and an assortment of coffees. We would be so happy to stay again."

"Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The back deck looks out over a pasture where we watched a deer graze, and squirrels playing in the back yard. We had one small hiccup when we first checked in, but our host Lisa handled it very quickly! I would definitely recommend this house"
