"Will return again, very good. The hotel.location is good rigjt in the city and on the river. The staff there were friendly and efficient. I would advise putting put the do not disturb tag, if you want some space. House keeping kept coming to my room for various matters. Of course they have to do their job. The restaurant is first class, the service and food were well above expectations, the beautiful view of the Burnett River was jist so good. Recomme.t staying at this hotel just for the...

The lady on the front desk (Charlene) was wonderful to deal with, and very understanding when our little ones got up to some unexpected mischief in the room. We would stay here again. It's close enough to the centre of Bundaberg to work for us."

"This is a budget motel that is clean and comfortable, I had a microwave and fridge in my room as well as the standard toaster and kettle. My room was close to the road so a bit noisy but not really a problem. Comfy mattress and pillows. I’d stay here again."

"Don Pancho is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which had recently been renovated and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and acted quickly to fix a blocked vanity."
