The Manager walked out, took keys as we drove in with several other guests in theur cars at 2pm check in. Told to wait till 3:20pm; all returned,,told no manager no keys to office. Chef took over, used his initiatives to get door open and let us all in. Very nice and good accommodation. Liked it. Despite the management the room was nicely made ready. Dye to all that happened there were no face towels, no bath mats. The second bedroom had loud noise from aircon so switched off but one in big bedroom was good enough for the whole accommodation. Will return to the international motel inn. Hope they sort the Management out before then. Excellent location. Wonderful kitchen staff who took over and helped the guulests into the accommodation!

This was one of the worst motels I have stayed at. The sheets were dirty and the towels were still wet. The grounds were very unkepr and the pool was not inviting. Water was cloudy and dirty. With the spa cover on bird poo with a puddle of water in the bottom. Very very overpriced for what you get. The photos of the motel are very misleading, with the rooms very worn and outdated.

This property is advertised as a full dinner’s ( NOT SO ) they DONOT even have coffee not even a coffee machine.!! Front desk gave a very poor excuse why not. I will never be back here.!!! Place is run down , not a good example for Expedia to advertise. If further info required I have pictures.

The bed was good and the inside of the room was clean. I guess in North Queensland you can expect a cockroach to be scurrying in the crockery draw. Just made sure I rinsed everything before use. The outside area at the back of the room requires a good hose down and a clean. Looks like no one has cleaned out there for some time. Continential Breakfast - Bread was stale that was offered as continental breakfast to cook in your room and scored the crust end Yaye- bread went in bin. Would not class the Motel as International. Sorry, I worked at the Manly International in Sydney in my younger days and Bundaberg International falls way short in comparison.

The air conditioning needs attention the portable unit is not efficient or effective. It's noisy and doesn’t cool the room. The inclusive continental breakfast is not what i would call continental, the choice of 3 museli in jars, 2 snack fruit cups, and 2 slices of white bread is disappointing, and that was for two people. Otherwise location was great, parking a plus and the welcome was fantastic.

The "king bed" was 2 singles pushed together, with a thin mattress. Could not sleep in the middle of the bed and the mattress edges sagged downwards. There were little black hairs on the bedsheet that I had to wipe off before lying down. Bugs were in the kitchen sink (midges/ sandflies). Old air cooler in room - not an air conditioner. The toilet seat cover was not properly attached and kept moving when I used it. The brick walls made the whole interior seem dark and very dated. For the price, and label "king executive suite", I expected something more recent. The kitchenette sink was a good addition and the tv was large, although only free-to-air channels were available, no Freeview options or Foxtel. There was no traffic noise, which was a definite positive.

Room was clean enough, air conditioner needed cleaning was very dusty. Grounds needed attention and swimming pool had green water so not useable. The front office was very untidy inside.
