"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"Staff were so nice and helpful. Bus transportation to the hotel was very easy. Clean as a pin, Caen was fantastic, Ace hotel was a great stay. Magpies outside were cute, Super U market down the street was convenient. Didn't watch much but tv worked too. A mille merci 😀 🇫🇷"
