"We stayed for two weeks prior to closing on our new home. The house was clean and the pictures and description were accurate. It was nice to let our pup outside and not worry with the fenced backyard. We had a couple of issues that the property manager responded to quickly. While the home itself seems newer, the neighborhood is a bit older, but we felt safe. While out walking our dog, everyone we saw was friendly."

"Excellent house, very clean, fun lake, and plenty of parking. We stayed here to enjoy the lake and visited Charleston every evening. Only complicated is you only get one key to the house so if you have multiple groups of people doing activities you just need to figure out who would get back first. Would definitely stay here again."

"Cute house. Other reviews are accurate about the smell/odor. I picked it up when I walked in, but didn’t think it was that bad till I left and everything had the odor on it. There was a little roach in bathroom and last night big ones in kitchen. I get creeps from any insect. And I see they’ve been mentioned other reviews so exterminator might be warranted My first Vrbo experience will read more reviews next time "
