"Property is very large and mostly private with only one close neighbour. Close proximity to boat launch and ability to tie up at the dock on the property. River connects directly to Lake Nippissing with a 30 minute boat ride. Everything we needed was at the property. General store is very bare bones so be sure to stop for groceries before arriving. Overall a great stay, will definitely return!"

"The pictures online don’t do this place justice. It’s very spacious. We had a great time. Loved the fact that we could use the laundry machine. The tv in main room didn’t work for us. Shower curtain rod kept falling, coffee pot is glitchy. Other than that we loved it "

"We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was clean, comfortable, large and well stocked. The water was nice for swimming, the kitchen was great, and the general space had lots of places for people to hang out and relax. It was lovely and quiet, and not too close to the neighbours. The host was extremely responsive to all our questions, and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage! "

The waterfront area was the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon as the location is beautifully serene. "This cozy house is located in a quiet location across from the lake! The house has lots of space in the eat-in kitchen and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The house was very clean and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We brought a young lady in a wheelchair (manual) so we had lots of questions and requirements to make her stay workable. We also appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out ! "This is a custom home. Immaculately pristine, with every amenity imaginable and more! The location is so beautiful, with beaches, outside seating areas, hot tub, a very unique outside sauna and is well treed with some pretty huge cedars. The parking options make this attractive as well. The host is very gracious and helpful. This is a place you will want to come back to. "
