"Excellent choice. Without a doubt my first option when I visit Santa Marta again. The property is really good, the apartments are in great condition with beautiful views. You cant compare a regular room vs having your own balcony with ocean views. That said, the best part is the personnel. The team really go above and beyond to serve you and the communication is almost immediate, that really makes a difference. Also, they are really flexible looking to accommodate all your requests (resonable requests). The hotel shares the 4th floor with the AC Marriott, therefore you have all the ammenities needed. Truly an amazing experience from beggining to end."

"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"

"Amazing rooftop pool and bar. Beautiful view of the mountains. Although the pool didn’t open until 9am there was a lovely area to bask in the sun before that time. Paula at reception was excellent. Very helpful and her English was great. Short walk to 19th street where all the restaurants are. The hotel is in excellent condition and I would love to stay here again."
