"My D&D team has been playing online for 3 years. This September we decided it was time for a face to face. Between all of us we span 3 states so this VRBO was the place to meet. (A mere 11 hour drive for everyone) This House was perfect for us. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. The dinning room table was amazing, the kitchen was big. This place was great. We never felt like we were bumping into each other. My only non happy part about this was before i booked i had a question and it took forever...

"My family and I genuinely enjoyed our stay in Colorado. The cabin had beautiful views and the sound of the creek was a delight and calming. We had the pleaaure of seeing our first snow fall in Colorado and the view that morning was spectacular. We will definitely go back. "

"I was in town for gravel biking. The room and its location was perfect. Easy walk to all the downtown restaurants. Quick access to the biking routes. Theresa found room in her shed to store my bike. Theresa was helpful with advice and history. Enjoyed my stay."

"This home is in a good location and has a nice, somewhat fenced yard. The floors are all hard surface, which is great. Check in and out was easy. The problem we had with this home was that it was very dirty. I kept my shoes on for the entire weekend. Only one window had a screen, so we could not let fresh air in to counter the strong air fresheners or cool down the house. We pick vrbo homes because we like to cook our own meals, but the oven was broken. I noticed that a guest commented on this a...

"We loved the townhome! It was clean with an awesome feel. Beds are comfortable and the amenities grate. Refrigerator ran very cold and froze some of our food but other than that is was perfect. "

"This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching all the hummingbirds. It’s a great getaway to enjoy peace and quiet. We will be back! "
