"Lovley clean hotel, comfortable beds and spacious room, with everything working. Great spa, huge pool, didn’t manage to get a treatment booked so book early of you want one. This is our 3rd time and will definable y be going back. Lovely Thai restaurant round the corner too! "

"The hotel was brilliant our nephew absolutely loved every minute of his stay it’s very child friendly he loved the bunk beds and bean bag in the room We had a meal at the restaurant with the dragons and dinosaurs great for the kids but the bistro was much nicer. The wildlife park was brilliant. We will definitely be back."

"The shower room was spacious. The hot water was very slow to come in the wash-hand basin. (resulted in a waste of water as I waited for it to warm up.)"

"Loved the location, food, service. Standard room - very comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfast. Coffee machine in the dining room wasn't the best and either needs servicing, or upgrading, and maybe a second one. We attended a family function and the hot buffet was exceptional, plentiful and tasty. Staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. "
