"Whatever you do don’t make the mistake we did and only stay for one night. This place is incredible. Elisabetta was so nice and helpful. The house is close to the train station and to town. Highly recommended borrowing the bikes and going for a ride down the old railway path alongside the sea. The breakfast was great the rooms were clean and cozy. The bathroom shower was incredible. 10/10 recommend!"

"Levanto is a perfect location for anyone interested of exploring Cinque Terre and frankly Levanto itself is an outstanding beautiful beach resort on the Italian Riviera. Loved the location. I accidentally locked my key in the room at midnight. The property is not a hotel but a managed rental. Fortunately I was able to get a hold of the manager who came and let me in at midnight. She was so gracious. My advice is to ask for two keys and make sure to be mindful of your keys. Enjoyed our stay. "

"I would’ve stayed here way longer, skipped all other things planned, heck if I could live here for ever I would. Prime location, simple and confortable, clean, convient. "

"Nice apartment. Very clean. Nice double bedroom. Nice bathroom. But the 2nd bedroom was up a very steep staircase. Not suitable for kids or elderly. Very difficult to get a suitcase up there. Also apartment not at all easy to get to. Up a very steep single track hairpin road. You have to park outside church to unload then take suitcases up a steep path to the apartment. Very difficult if other cars in the same place as the space in front of church is very restricted. Then you have to take the car back down the road where there is public parking and walk back up the road. About 10 mins. It would really have helped to have someone meet you on arrival. Tricky otherwise. Host sorted out the problem of the locked 2nd bedroom but again it would have helped to have someone to help."

"We loved our time in Bonassola! The flat sits atop a hill (approx. 500 steps from the train station - I counted!) in a beautiful residential building surrounded by gardens and flowered hillside with a steep steeped pathway to town. The view was epic. It must be noted that the "private"terrace" is NOT PRIVATE AT ALL. It shares a low wall with the neighboring flat - no privacy whatsoever if the flat is occupied. We got lucky in that the neighboring flat was empty after the first night. The first night of our stay we had to close the doors to block out the cigarette smoke from our neighbors and put sheets up on the drying lines for privacy. Also, there is NO WIFI. The flat is lovely with most of the things a family of three needs for a 4 night stay. We cooked and did laundry easily. For two bedrooms there was just one fan in the heat of summer and the loveliness of the flat was marred a bit by the messy cleaning items stored out in the open on the stairwell to the front door of the flat and in the corner by the bathroom. The communication with our host via WhatsApp was good, friendly and responsive after we got over a initial tense late check in conversation - our host insisted we check in before 8 pm or we faced a 25 Euro fine. There is no mention of that in the listing. Not a great way to start our stay : ( Once we settling in, we enjoyed our time in the flat and LOVED our time in Bonassola!"
