"I was surprised by an unexpected 10-euro charge for the shuttle back to the airport. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before, and I’ve never experienced something like this. I assumed that a shuttle service would be included or at least provided for free, but apparently, this hotel charges for it."

A bit old fashioned in the technology category -- no USB plugs, payment required for faster internet. Young staff is less English fluent so some patience is required. "The hotel was old and badly needs updating in terms of interiors. The elevators were beat-up looking. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and clean but the furnishings were old.
