"I didn’t like arriving at 10am after a 600 mile drive and being told I couldn’t check in. I’ve taken this trip many time and chose to stay at this hotel. I have arrived prior to 3 pm and had no problem getting into my room. This time the front desk was staffed with somebody different and this person wasn’t as friendly, courteous, or accommodating as previous staff."
