"We stayed here for a couple on nights whilst cycle touring in Holland. We had a lake view lodge which was an amazing compact modern duplex space with a nice little terrace overlooking the lake. Very tranquil with great views. The bar & restaurant complex was great and the included breakfast was like a full on UK afternoon tea served on tiered servers. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Lovely place, there were quite a few breakable objects in the house and very steep steps to main bedroom so not ideal for small children. It felt a bit unkept with cobwebs and crumbs on the floor. We still enjoyed our stay and would still recommend. "
