"This is a new hotel. Bathrooms are fantastic. Outstanding lobby. There is lot of confusion in dinning area. Most of them are still in training. The property is located in busy area. No view and surrounded by residential properties. Another side busy road. Overall, the property is close to everything and very clean."

I appreciate that the property is undergoing extensive remoldeling. This is going to require millions of dollars. The first room I had in my December stay had a totally unclean, unsanitary, filthy nasty bathroom. They did move me to another room that was cleaner, but in need of maintenance. It seems that everything is old and...
