"I imagine this hotel was nice… 20 years ago when the photos advertising it were taken. Such a shame because it’s a nice building in a lovely area. I can’t speak for the original building itself, maybe those rooms are better kept, but we were placed in the outbuilding across the way and the rooms were incredibly tired and shoddy, with chipped paintwork and soiled carpet. "Nice little hotel. Clean, friendly & close to the Liverpool stadium which is what I wanted. Shame it doesn’t provide breakfast but apart from that happy. "

"Rooms were very nice. Mini fridge in your room and help yourself area in the corridor that had plenty of snacks and breakfast items. I was in room one, felt like it had been recently renovated, or they keep a room very well. Booking in and checking out is easy. Would stay again. Pub is also great. "
