"The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night."

"Our family of 6 adults recently stay at Villa Murta for 3 weeks in May24 and were very pleased with our decision to stay here. The villa was very large and fit our family well. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table and the location to Faro and surrounding area was easy to access. The road leading to the villa is very narrow so a smaller vehicle is recommended. The location to the closest Lidl and Continente grocery stores in Sao Bras de Alportel was very convenient. Thank you Villa Murta...

"19 of us stayed for 1 week. With age range of 2 - 64. Set in quiet area. Plenty of room around the villa for all o Had a great time and would definitely recommend to others thinking of booking. "

"Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay."

"Haus ist ein wenig runtergerockt. Türen blättern ab. In einigen Zimmern war Schimmel. Die Lage war problematisch. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strip, was dem Ballermann in nichts nachsteht. Es wird sehr viel durch Mikrophone gebrüllt und hat unser Urlaubsgefühl getrübt. Das müsste in der Ausschreibung viel deutlicher dargestellt werden. Der Pool war aber super und die Betreuung durch Algarve Vacation war auch gut. "

"We had a fantastic time at this excellent property. The property has a large outdoor pool, and is massive inside, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. The teenagers in our group particularly liked having the downstairs area to themselves. The property was c15 minutes from Vilamoura marina and approx 20 mins from the beach. "Villa Nest, is located a short 5 min drive from the Marina and about 10 mins to the old town and various shops. It is easy to get to find. Villa is a great size, we had 12 guests and found there was plenty of space both inside and outside the villa to enjoy. "Couldn’t fault location & Villa itself but after care was nonexistent..we were welcomed by one of the team he seemed very good especially when he gave us his number & sayed ring me for anything day or night…well that turned into a damp squib….we needed fresh towels & more bed sheets..Which only turned up two days before we left…we asked to have the pool heated which we paid extra for…the pool was no way heated or if it was they don’t know the difference between hot & cold…the drains were...

"A stunner of a property with a story to tell! Took a moment to find all the pots and pans. Be aware that amenities such as shops etc are a distance away if you are walking and beaches are not readily to hand if you are walking, though easily accessible if you have access to car. Seemingly Uber are quite cheap in the area. Also be aware that there will be no salt/pepper/sugar etc when you arrive so advisable that you arrive with some shopping. "

"Had an excellent stay at PortoBay Falésia. The staff were wonderful, the food was great so was our room/ view. The hotel has many amenities & activities to do but one that was very convenient for us was that the beach was a short walk away, with that you experience the most beautiful scenery of the mountains whilst walking towards it."
