"Traveling with 3 small kids and my wife to visit family nearby. The grass was mowed the house was super clean. Everything was comfortable and organized. drawers and cabinets were labeled and well stocked. The owners were very nice and our kids even got the chance to play with their grandkids. Really beautiful farm, we felt like we were staying with family. Do not hesitate, book this place, its affordable and about as good as it gets. Go explore Arkansas! My family will be back soon."

"The house was so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything in town you could possibly need. The host had left out snacks and cold drinks in the fridge which our teenagers gladly helped themselves to. We brought our 3 teenage grandkids with us ages 17,16, and 14. Although we only had 3 bedrooms the kids did not complain at all about the large couch and TV in the living room and seemed to really enjoy the space they had. "Great place to stay. Property was in a very convenient location to town and is kept well. Didn't know what we were suppose to do at checkout, as there is not a list of what to do and we were not messaged by the host. (ex. take off sheets, load dishwasher, take out trash, etc.. We did these things, but usually a message is received by the host or there is a list on the property. "
