"This was a very relaxing time at the beach, with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, lots of towels and a very responsive management company. They were quick to respond and were able to accommodate us when our originally booked condo became unavailable at the last minute."

"Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated."

"The unit is nice but many of the furnishings are dated and worn. The king size bed is lumpy and sags a lot on the side nearest the bathroom. The shower handle in the master bathroom comes off easily and we noticed that this was previously mentioned in another review and clearly not fixed. I sent an email to bring it to the attention on the management in case they missed it. Not being able to set the A/C below 74 is miserable. "We enjoyed our stay here. Loved being able to walk to the beach & grocery store. Lots of great amenities in the condo for cooking, doing laundry, etc. loved the beach toys & accessories. Sad to see FMB still under so much construction. A lot has changed in the 3 years we haven’t been here to stay. Only bummer about this site was no working pool and constant construction outside. Totally understandable but not great. "

"This is a lovely condo, beautifully decorated, in mostly pristine condition. We visited October 2024 and Beach Villas is one of the three condo buildings on this end of the island that is open. This condo is next to Pink Shell Resort. Coastal Vacation Properties/owner provided kitchen supplies (sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap) as well as bathroom accessories , plus 4 rolls of quality toilet paper. (First time VRBO renters are always surprised with one roll of very cheap toilet paper.)...

" Our beach vacation to Palm Island was unforgettable! The condo was gorgeous with stunning ocean views. We loved combing the beach for seashells and shark teeth, turning every walk into a treasure hunt. Playing in the sand and waves was a blast, and the sunsets were breathtaking. Unit is in the back half of the condo complex closer to the tennis and pickleball area, but still an easy walk to the pool or the beach."
