"We are just back from a wonderful week at Chocolat in Omegna. Marco and Anna are wonderful hosts and help in whatever question you have, thanks. We also loved having the company of the two dogs and the two cats, especially little Marley! This is the perfect place for an extraordinary week on and in the water (they provide SUP's, kayak and a pedal boat and you can even rent their boat for a day) and also visiting nice little Italian towns and markets in the area. "This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. Super spacious with fantastic library of books. We were sad to leave. Just keep in mind - it's an old house! No air conditioning so adjust expectations for summer months."

"My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands. "Small living room, no private bathrooms for parents, not enough space for getting together"

"The property has a fabulous location and it very well fitted out. However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The property next door is being rebuilt , for the first 2 weekdays there was constant building noise, this was dealt with excellently...
