It is all recently upgraded with new floors, bathrooms, and furniture but it keeps the charm with some of Gram’s things. Check-in/out instructions were easy and nothing ridiculous. "The home was very clean and offered plenty of space for our group. However, there was a strong smell. Maybe from being shut up for an extended period of time? One of the boys in our group said “it smells like old people in here.” I would have to agree that it was definitely a smell like an older home has sometimes. Not as well stocked as many similar properties we’ve stayed in, but had a few items handy (paper towels, toothpaste, soap). One big one is coffee! There is a pot and filters, but...

"We were a group of 5 women ages 27 and up traveling for a wedding. The home was out of place compared the rest of the neighborhood. It is the diamond in the rough. The house was clean, it’s older and remodeled so cutely. Beds are comfy and there’s lots of space. It needs window covers on the window beside the back door and the kitchen to have a more private and secure feel. It suited our needs and the price was very reasonable. We had 0 issues and overall it is worth the stay."
