Staff is very attentive and they are always smiling and ready to assist you with anything you need. I go to Milan at least once a year and this is now my home in Milan. "

"It was a totally fine hotel. Front desk was 24 hours and extremely helpful as we had an early departure and they arranged a cab. Breakfast was good. People were friendly. Our room had a balcony. Shopping and restaurants were walkable. But be warned The Last Supper must be booked months in advance. But the nearby church has a great cathedral if you like painted surfaces."

"The hotel was easy to find & not too far from train station. Easy check-in & all was ok (clean room & good bathroom for 1 night) but hallway from elevator to room wreaked of cigarettes, very unpleasant. Once inside the room, no problem as it was clean & quiet but hallway was very off putting."
