A few fixtures/fittings in bathroom need to be updated & fixed plus shelves/corners/window require additional cleaning (may be ghe flat was empty for a while). Super communication with lovely host. "Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Tiefgaragenplatz im Neubaugebiet, mit naher Freizeitmöglichkeit wie das Technik Museum, oder wenn man mal es braucht gibt es auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der nähe oder eine Apotheke und ein Krankenhaus echt top Lage. Der Vermieter ist auch ein echt sympathischer Mann mit dem man sich wie ein Kumpel unterhalten oder mal zur Bar gehen könnte. Alles Top sehr Empfehlenswert "

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zu allem, was uns vor Ort erwartet hat, war alles einfach perfekt! Wir haben ein Wochenende mit Freundinnen als Geburtstagsüberraschung hier verbracht und diese Überraschung ist mehr als gelungen! "We stayed at this apartment for a week and had no complaints. It is a spacious unit, very clean, with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms, bedroom and bath. The king bed is very comfortable. All linens were supplied and towels were changed regularly. The host family was very gracious and accommodated all of our requests.
