"We arrived late due to our flight delay. So arrived around 12:30am and our room was small and stuffy and the shower didn’t work properly, our lights would not switch off. I called reception twice and got put on hold. I had to go myself at 2am to demand a room change. Was told they were fully booked. Young inexperienced rude staff all male. "Room was nothing special and bathroom was dirty, the shower are was just some old flooring. Housekeeping came in twice over 4 nights, she took our old bedding off and left the new one in the bed for us to make. Also the towels only got changed once and when they did the old ones were just left on the floor. "Rooms are very very old , no central air conditioning, no safe box , no windows , beds are comfortable but they don’t provide you with comforters, they give you bey thin blanket , we had no WiFi in our room , every time to make a call I had to go to hallway which was very hot and humid to make a phone call , to go to our room I had to walk outside then inside to go to my room , staff were very friendly, food and breakfast was okay for the money you spend but I will not go back "
