"We booked the place at the last moment and paid in advance and double checked with them that we will arrive at 4am on the next day ( after check in time) and if that would be ok for check in at that time. They respond that won’t be a problem and when we arrive at the place there wasn’t a booking ( even if we paid). At least they found another place where slept for a night. "

"The hotel has a lot of potential, it is big and on a nice place, but it is not well maintained.The value is way below the price. The staff is trying but you have to tell them what to do, to the small details, as they are not well trained. The room looked as if they stopped renovation before finishing and was not clean, neither the towels, sheets, etc. The wifi was not possible to use for more then one device. The breakfast was good though. In general, not a comfortable experience."
