"The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away. The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Apple Tree Cottage. It’s a really lovely little cottage, small but perfectly formed and really thoughtfully kitted out by the owners. Quirky decor all adds to the charm. Two great bathrooms, loved the huge bath and the rainfall shower, comfy beds, great living space. A lovely private garden full of nature tops it off."

"Nice property witb everything we needed for us and the dogs. Plenty of on road parking opposite. Great walks and trip into town (down hill) was nice. Walking back up hill is harder but plenty of options if don't fancy it, tram, bus, taxi. Cake and treats in cottage were a good addition including dog treats."
