"Ease and comfort. Property exactly as described and reviewed by others. Key for our family was comfy beds, good view, nice kitchen, paddle boards, and good snorkeling. We were on scuba dive vacation. We have always stayed north end of 7 mile beach and looking to explore north and east side. We scuba dove every morning and snorkeled in afternoon (10 feet from house). We saw more marine life on coral heads outside the house than we did on scuba dives. The coral heads stretch a mile...

"Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. Karen was wonderful and very quick to respond."

"We stayed at Coconut Cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was immaculately clean. Wayne, the property manager was very responsive, as was Laura the owner. We were already on the Island, having stayed at another VRBO for the first half of our trip. Laura kindly allowed us to check in much earlier than 4pm since the cottage was clean and ready.
