"This property is gorgeous. The house is spacious and so well kept. Ann, the property manager (and her mom Cathy, too) is great and so easy to work with. It is located right next to Spott's public beach but is tucked away behind beautiful landscaping- very private. Shamrock Road is very busy so sometimes turning into or out of the property was a bit nail biting. Especially for those of us not used to driving on the left! My daughter and I saw three turtles while snorkeling off the beach there...

"Everything about my stay was handled in such a warm, personal and professional way. From the moment the gate was opened by Kirin to the housekeeper, Maynor and Louise helping me with a missing blender. Any issue (and there was just a few minor fixes) were handled in a very swift and positive way. The property management staff felt like they were the owners. "Beautiful villa to stay in, it is on multiple levels (4 floors total) so keep this in mind when booking with young children or older adults. Beds & pillows are super comfortable and the sheets are very soft. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets etc. bathrooms were well stocked. The kitchen had the basics but not enough glassware for a large group or if glasses are washing. Also no basics like oil, salt and pepper BUT plenty of paper towels, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Pictures are...

"Everything was wonderful. The only smallest of things is that there wasn't any tissues available. I use them with my daily eye drops and it would have been nice to have. "

"Great little property to explore the island from. The direct beach access from the property is nice, and it was a good base for us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) to do some scuba diving. If you are staying here then it is best to have a car as the area is residential and, apart from very local beaches, you'll need to drive to get food, etc."
