"The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. Coffee and other hot beverages are available constantly on a help yourself basis. The restaurant serves fresh made to order simple health comfort food options and has long opening hours making it convenient to eat around excursions. The location was quite a walk from the old town , along a main road, but there’s plenty to see in each direction so I looked at this as an advantage.Comfortable and well thought out bedrooms. I’d definitely stay in PURO hotels again and would search them out when visiting Polish cities as a reliable, restful, elegant hotel for a trip."

"I like how each room has a tablet which can be used to control lighting, temperature, television, etc. Breakfast is an extra charge but there is a wide selection of food and I would say its well worth the price. The staff was also very helpful. The only thing that didn't work for us was the phone and we were unable to dial local numbers even though the hotel staff told us that it ahould work - this issue was not resolved during our stay."

"Amazing hotel in the heart of the old town. Great big rooms and comfortable bed. The spa and pool are great and a must do. The hotel bar also does great cocktails. Highly recommended!!"

"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Lovely hotel - restaurant great too. Comfortable and spacious room. The uber found it a little tricky to find in the dark, but once find it, is good walking distance from main attractions. Would stay there again! "
