"Excellent place to stay! "

"The employees are Excellent, specially Manuel from the restaurant and the super Jesús. However, the property is not equipped for some movement disabilities persons. Some stairs do not have railings making its use almost impossible. That is a law violation here in Puerto Rico and should be corrected very soon. I am disable and this issue caused me much difficulty. "

"The Turtle Bay Inn is very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable & air conditioned. The shower was hot. Coffee excellent & breakfast sandwich was delicious. It’s in a residential area just around the corner from the. Plaza where u catch boats for excursions. "

"Great decor with bright colors and Pop culture icons. Some minor issue with the facility - sink drained slowly, shower handle was difficult to turn. no iron and no trashcan. Somewhat noisy with the entertainment downstairs. Overall interesting experience- satisfactory and good for short stays."

"shower with glass wall that opens to bedroom is unique and intriguing design. Interesting lighting solutions. Absence of windows is unusual, but you have less light and noise at night. Overall, we liked the motel!"

"This is a retreat and lives up to the name, so be prepared for an experiential stay. The area is beautiful. It is in the Rain Forrest similar to a country or mountainous town in the U.S., so at night you'll hear tree frogs and nature. They offer yoga in the mornings but I unfortunately had to leave before that time. There's a restaurant at the facility that is vegetarian or vegan so be prepared for eating delicious meat free dishes. Again, the meals served are really good. I wish we could have...

"Very interesting hotel concept. There was no front desk to check in/out with. However, staff in golf carts on the property were attentive and helpful."

"Unique historical facility at great location. I would recommend upgrading to premium rooms if available. My room had a lot of noise from an event in the evening in the Ballroom. Parking was available onsite."
