"Terrible experience. I have booked via Expedia. I was flying from Canada where there was a terrible weather the flight got cancelled initially then got rebooked. I finally got to Varadero around 11:30 p m ok 30 dec. I found a taxi driver which called the hostel 3 to 4 times to ask the address. The lady from hostel replied that no reservation has been made on my name and her hostel is booked. The taxi driver was very kind and finally helped us to find an accommodation in the middle of the Night....

"The town was not that nice but our hosts were excellent. The breakfast was great, the WiFi worked and was free. Alexus arranged a taxi for us to go around Varadero, pick up our friends at the airport and drive us 200 km to Playa Larga. Alberto took us to a great restaurant for lunch."
