"Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights, room looked the same as the photos. Cleaned every day and bottled water provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrobes were ideal as we used the wellness centre. I'd recommend using wellness centre if you have time and book yourself a treatment, we did and it was very relaxing. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with small changes every day but enough choice to suit everybody. While Uber was recommended we walked into Porto a couple of times and then used Andante to come back on bus which stops outside door of hotel. The area was quiet around the hotel and we slept really well, comfortable bed and dark curtains. This was our first visit to Porto and we felt it was a safe city to visit. I'd be happy to recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone planning a visit as it added to our enjoyment of holiday. We dined 2 nights at the hotel, again excellent service and good choice on menus and reasonable priced. I liked the section of menu where the Chef recommends a daily dish - Monday to Friday and selected one of those which was really good. I know a lot of hotels no longer have tea/coffee facilites in the room but we really like this so were happy to see it contiued here. Two showers over bath with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Final comment lighting in room good, I like to read in bed and lights ideal for this. "
