"They were extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble, we met are friends there for food which was out of this world the service was brilliant. We stayed the night, The rooms were very clean everything u needed was in there. Very warm, and comfortable the shower was good size.. will be going there again. the staff were so helpful made everyone welcome.. the breakfast was amazing lots to choose from before having your full English, the service was second to non.. every where was clean, very affordable price for the night with breakfast included.. "

"We had a very quick overnight stay and wish we could have stayed longer . It is a beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional, we have stayed in 5 star hotels that don’t offer the service and friendliness this hotel offered . They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay . We were unable to make breakfast in the morning due to an early start but they immediately offered bacon sandwiches for us . These were brought to our room the following morning by Shaun ( lovely bloke ! ) and not only were we given sandwiches but yoghurt crisps drinks etc . Only one slight concern was that we did hear people in the room next to us talking but we still managed to sleep ! Beds fantastically comfy and huge ! Whole place spotless , we will definitely be coming back "
