I think people often times look at every little detail and give bad reviews over the most minor things. You also will get excellent service when you Tip the housekeeping staff as well as front desk staff when being assisted. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here on our way through to Gulf Shores. Good comfortable rooms but our bathroom was a little awkward (direction of door opening, TP placement, shower curtain too short). The breakfast was a little disappointing this time (had to ask for plate, out of items, etc). Good location and great price "

"I really liked the convenience of the location to different restaurants and shopping. Staff was super friendly. Also, I was only 20 minutes to the location of the plant. The only thing I did not like was that the furniture in the room was beat up and missing chunks of wood. HVAC unit would not turn off no matter what I tried. "
