"This property is a bit older, though many things inside have been re-done. If you are looking for somewhere close to Snow Summit, you can't beat the location. Its literally right next to the parking lot, easily walkable. There is plenty of parking and the condo fit two families of four comfortably. Since the condo is a little older, there are some things that felt like they could be cleaned up a bit, like small holes in the wall or old carpet and paint. "Beautiful home with a spacious layout and wonderful surprises. Record player, foosball table, and piano were all a hit with the kids. Only thing missing from the listing was the swingset shown in the photos, but kids got over that once they went on a “hike” in the backyard. Check-in and communication was definitely slower than average. Two emails - one through VRBO and another reply directly to the booking email (that stated to respond to that email) - went unanswered. "This is a lovely chalet in a very quiet wooded area of Big Bear. The amenities and small touches provide by the host are excellent and made our 3 night stay run smoothly. Check-in and out was smooth and the property was SUPER clean for when we arrived. We walked to the lake one day and whilst the village is just a 5 min drive away, we also walked into town one day which is a lovely 3 mile partial trail walk through beautiful scenery. Highly recommend property and host."

"We decided to get away for the long holiday weekend and visit Sky Park Santa’s Village and this rental was perfect for the 4 of us. The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location and access to Sky Park, Children’s Forest, and local shops. The views from the house are beautiful. We were able to walk to grab coffee at LuluBelle’s one morning. Great cabin with a modern cozy vibe perfect for a mountain getaway. "

"Our communication with Jenny was exceptional. Quick to respond and clear instructions. The home was comfortable and decorated very cute for the local area and was very clean. Our daughters wedding was at Miller's Landing, and the home was so conveniently close!"

"Very tranquil spot, incredible views, property was as described, no issues. You could sit for hours with a glass of wine and just enjoy the views, Blue Jay's, Squirrels, etc. Close to everything in Crestline and just a 17 minute jaunt to Lake Arrowhead Village if you want something bigger. Anita is a great host, everything is taken care of. TY "

"My family of 4 and 2 small dogs loved staying at this picture perfect A frame. I would absolutely stay again and will be recommending it to all my friends who plan to visit the area. Our host was incredibly kind as well as attentive and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. The water temperature got warm so fast which was a pleasant bonus! Everything was really clean. "My family and I had a great, cozy weekend and this property. The home is warm and inviting. Great modern upgrades with an warm cabin ovetone. The home comes with great ammentities like robes, hot cocoa, and a table for kids to draw on. The reading nook is a great touch! Would definately recommend!"

"We brought the family for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was close to the village and to the lake as well. We enjoyed the coffee bar, the bbq and loved the peekaboo view of the lake from the front porch."

"The house is absolutely stunning and so unique. We celebrated our daughter’s 20th birthday and New Year in Lake Arrowhead with family and friends and this was true most perfect place to stay. Open fires, huge patio, hot tub, bar with pool table ( and we loved the PAC Man machine) and most interesting decor with such amazing attention to detail We will be returning - thank you !!!"

"Very cluttered. No closet rods. Living area on second and third floors. No towel racks. All available drawers filled with stuff. Kitchen cabinets filled with equipment in piles. Third floor bedrooms nice but two queen beds were in one room? Second floor bedrooms tiny with beds on the floor"

"We had a great weekend in Big Bear. The house was clean and super cute. The kitchen was fully functional and we made several meals. We really like that each room had a Roku TV so people could relax around the house. There was a large front and back lawn for playing in the snow and Alpine Slide Park was right down the road. The hot tub was also clean and worked well. Highly recommend!"
