"My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights at the Sandbar. The bedroom we stayed and the common areas on the ground floor were very inviting and comfortable. Chris and his team went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant visit. Each morning there were two breakfast options (one savory, one sweet) and in the afternoon some homemade treats to go with the coffee and tea. Highly recommend. "

"The Primrose Inn was a pleasant stay. All that was served and offered there was great. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The area was nice, and safe to walk the streets at night. Shops, restaurants and Island Explorer shuttle bus were all accessible , and a short walking distance from our stay. Highly recommend . "

So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift". "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. "Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 "
