"Friendly staff. When my 3 year old granddaughter went into the wave pool with her snorkel, a young man approached her Mommy to say that wasn’t allowed. Her Mommy asked him to explain it to the toddler. He was kind and told her she couldn’t have the snorkel. He was so nice. Appreciated his gentle demeanor. We will be returning for another stay soon!"

"This was a last minute reservation, and the best decision! First of all, i made the reservation at 9am, check in is at 4pm. I showed up at 11 am and was able to get an early check in- completly hassle free! My dog and I have stayed at more hotels than i can count, this was the first place that gave me local vet info (in case of emergency) at check in. "The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. "Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in....

"Where do I even begin. It was my first time in Branson and will definitely not be my last!!! Grotto brought luxury to a whole new level. We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here.
