"This place was great. Location was wonderful being just walking distance from downtown. The hill back up to the place is a bit tough but definitely worth not having to find and pay for parking. I will say when we arrived it was 76 in our room and VERY humid. The remote to the a/c was not wanting to set the new temp for us so we had to find a manager. He was such a big help. He was able to get new batteries in the remote and fix it for us. Another issue was the refrigerator and freezer was not...

"Great stay. Great location. Located at the top of the main shopping area in Eureka. Just a short walk to get to everything. Facility has lots of stairs with no ramps or elevator. "

"We, personally, loved this unique historic hotel. Check in/out process was easy. Notebook room and bathroom was cozy and clean. Hosts supplied everything we needed for the night. We would 100% stay here again. Felt like visiting relatives!!"

"This is what they would call a boutique hotel in the style of the older hotels from 100 years ago or more. The downside to it was there was no staff on site even though there was a full service bar in the building there was no staff if I needed towels I had to call the number it hasn't bring them from wherewver."

"Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again.
