Katskill Mountain Lodge- New Hot Tub, Gym & Game Room

**BRAND NEW HOT TUB**

On the way to "Kim's Katskill Mountain Lodge" you will see the most beautiful scenery of the Catskill Mountains! Turning into the lot you will find 2 smaller cabins on the property with a private pond, which are a work in progress. An AWD SUV is highly recommended driving up the hill getting to the main lodge which is completely secluded. Make sure to come prepared if it’s snowing or raining. As you get to the top you will see the large wooden columns with animal carvings made from a local artist. There are 4 apple trees on the property, so you can go apple picking during the fall season!

We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. This 4630 sq ft. lodge sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. The entire interior of the home looks like a log cabin with an open concept surrounded by 6 skylights and large windows letting in all the natural lighting w/ mountain views. The grand living room has a beautiful stoned wood burning fireplace with 2 sofas, 2 accent chairs and smart TV. There is a dining table and a breakfast nook that have seating for up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long term stay. All appliances are brand new (NXR industrial stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, cooking utensils, utensils, cups, plates, trays, wine opener, can opener, etc.) As you walk through the kitchen, you will find yourself in the family room with a 2nd living area. It has another small sectional, pellet stove for extra warmth and smart TV. This section of the home is connected to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 entrance/ exits on the main floor.

The entrance has stairs leading to the lower level. The log railings have custom wooden wagon wheel designs. There is a wooden bar, home theater w/ projector, reclining chairs and jumbo bean bags, game room with pool table, arcade games, boardgames, poker table, hockey /ping pong table, and dart board. On the right side you will find the laundry room w/ washer and dryer (for 1 week+ stay only), full gym with various weighted machines, London inspired telephone booth, 3rd full bathroom (spa) featuring a soaking tub and large shower. There are 2 sliding doors in the basement for safety exits.

HEATING/COOLING- There are many different sources of heating (electric baseboards, 3 fireplaces and LG AC/combined with heaters and ceiling and portable fans.

GRAND LIVING ROOM- 2 sofas, wood burning fireplace, 75” smart TV- FREE Netflix, entrance/exit, dining table and 2 accents chairs.

DINING ROOM- 2 dining tables- (seating for 12)

KITCHEN- (fully stocked) Brand new appliances- NXR industrial stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, cooking utensils, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, large bowls, trays, wine opener, can opener, etc.

FAMILY ROOM- sectional w/ pull out full bed, smart TV, pellet stove, 2nd entrance/exit (sleeps 2)

TELEPHONE BOOTH- British inspired telephone booth with a fake phone. Perfect for photos and fun!

BATHROOM 3 (SPA)- extra large shower, soaking tub only, double sink and toilet - (do not use steam room or jacuzzi components- under maintenance)
